The Polka Tot Fall/Winter Mega Sale is your very best opportunity to clear out and cash in before school starts! Consignors earn up to 70% of their sales. Our consignors earn an average of $350 with many earning over $1000! Sell. Shop. Save. SMART.
The August event accepts fall and winter clothing and shoes, fall and winter outerwear, toys, baby gear, sports equipment, outdoor toys, nursery items, children’s furniture, decor and more.
On or before May 1: Consignor registration opens (earlier for previous consignors)!
July 8: Tickets for the Presale 5-7 p.m. August 8 go on sale online at 8;30 a.m. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the NICU at Crouse Health. Tickets are $10 each and are admit one. Children under 12 do not need a ticket. Tickets can be purchased online (CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS) beginning at 8:30 a.m. July 8. Tickets typically sell out quickly.
August 1: Tickets for the 1st Time Parents Presale event (August 8 from 7-8:30 p.m.) are available August 1 at 7 p.m. Tickets are free, sponsored by TBA, for new parents and a guest (spouse, new grandparent). Polka Tot defines first time parent as currently pregnant, pending adoption or foster placement of an infant for the first time or whose first baby is under four months old. Tickets are admit one (up to two may be claimed) and available online beginning at 7 p.m August 1 (CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS) and are expected to go quickly.
August 6&7: Item drop off for registered consignors, by appointment. Please see the consignor agreement during registration for new drop off/inspection information.
August 8: Consignor presale 1-5 p.m. for consignors who are volunteering & 3-5 p.m. for non-volunteering consignors. Must be an active consignor, meeting the minimum requirement (25 items or $100 value, but most sell much more!) and have pass to enter. Passes are distributed at drop off appointments are admit one and are non-transferable.
August 8: 5-7 p.m.: ticketed presale event. See above for purchasing details. Ticket proceeds benefit the NICU at Crouse Health.
August 8: 7-8:30 p.m.: New Parents Presale (must have ticket to attend). Tickets sponsored by TBD. See above for ticket details.
August 9: 9 am-6pm OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
August 10: 9 am-5 pm Open to the public with additional inventory added.
August 11: 9 am-2 pm Open to the public with many remaining items 50% off.
Unsold item & check pick-up: August 11 7:30-8:30 p.m. or August 12 9:30-10:30 am. Checks not picked up will be mailed within 10 business days.
