The Polka Tot Fall/Winter MEGA Sale is your very best opportunity to clear out and cash in on gently used children’s items just in time for Back to School! Consignors earn up to 70% of their sales. Our consignors earn an average of $400 with many earning over $1000!

This sale accepts seasonal clothing and shoes, toys galore, baby gear, sports equipment, outdoor toys, nursery items, children’s furniture, décor, books, crafts and more. The Fall/Winter MEGA sale is a great place to clear out & make some extra cash just in time for all the Summer FUN!!

Consignor registration OPENs 6/12 and always fills fast! You can sign up for a drop off shift and work shift through your consignor account. The last day to enter and print tags is August 4th at 11pm.

August 3rd, 4th, & 5th: Item drop off for registered consignors, by appointment only. Please see the consignor agreement during registration for drop off/inspection information.

August 6th: Consignor Presale. Must be an active consignor, meeting the minimum requirement (50 items or $200 sales value, but most sell much more!) and have pass to enter. Passes are distributed at drop off appointments, they are ADMIT ONE and are non-transferable. Noon-2pm for Consignors volunteering, 2-4pm for consignors not volunteering.

August 6th: Ticketed Presale, 4-6pm and 6-8pm. Tickets go on sale 3 weeks before the event (7/16). Keep an eye on our Facebook page for more details on presales.

August 7th: 9 am-6 pm OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!

August 8th: 9 am-5 pm Open to the public with additional inventory added.

August 9th: 10 am-2 pm Open to the public with many remaining items 50% off.

Unsold Items & Check Pick-up:

August 9th, 7:00-8:00 p.m. or August 10th, 9:30-10:30 am.

Items not picked up by 10:30 a.m. on August 10th 2026 will be donated.

Checks not picked up will be mailed within 10 business days.
