The Polka Tot Holiday Mega Sale is your very best opportunity to clear out and cash in before the holidays! Consignors earn up to 70% of their sales. Our consignors earn an average of $350 with many earning over $1000! Sell. Shop. Save. SMART.
The November event accepts toys galore, baby gear, winter sports equipment, outdoor toys, nursery items, children’s furniture, decor, holiday clothes, winter outerwear, dress shoes, winter boots and more.
Consignor registration is open until filled!
October 14: Tickets for the Presale opening at 4 p.m. (4-7:30 p.m.) on Nov. 14 go on sale online at 8;30 a.m. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the NICU at Crouse Health. Tickets are $10 each and are admit one. Children under 12 do not need a ticket. Tickets can be purchased online (CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS) beginning at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 14. Tickets typically sell out quickly.
November 7: Tickets for the 1st Time Parents Presale event (Nov. 14 from 6-7:30 p.m.) are available November 7 at 7 p.m. Tickets are free, sponsored by TBA, for new parents and a guest (spouse, new grandparent). Polka Tot defines first time parent as currently pregnant, pending adoption or foster placement of an infant for the first time or whose first baby is under four months old. Tickets are admit one (up to two may be claimed per family) and available online beginning at 7 p.m November 7 (CLICK HERE FOR TICKETS) and are expected to go quickly.
November 12 & 13: Item drop off for registered consignors, by appointment. Please see the consignor agreement during registration for new drop off/inspection information.
November 14: Consignor presale beginning at 1 p.m. for consignors who are signed up to help & 3 p.m. for other consignors (presales are open until 7:30 p.m.). Must be an active consignor, meeting the minimum requirement (25 items or $100 sales value, but most sell much more!) and have pass to enter. Passes are distributed at drop off appointments are admit one and are non-transferable.
November 14: 4-7 p.m.: ticketed presale event. See above for purchasing details. Ticket proceeds benefit the NICU at Crouse Health.
November 14: 6-7:30 p.m.: New Parents Presale (must have ticket to attend). Tickets are free and sponsored by TBD. See above for ticket details.
November 15: 9 am-6pm OPEN TO THE PUBLIC!
November 16: 10 am-4 pm Open to the public with additional inventory added. Early entry at 9 a.m. for our Text Club. Details coming!
November 17: 9 am-2 pm Open to the public with many remaining items 50% off.
Unsold item & check pick-up: November 17 6:30-7:30 p.m. or November 18 9:30-10:30 am. Checks not picked up will be mailed within 10 business days.
